Privacy requests: privacy@fallbush.com; general: hello@fallbush.com; support: support@fallbush.com; legal: legal@fallbush.com. What we collect

Your account can include your name, email address, preferred language and sign-in information. If you use Google sign-in, authentication information is handled by that sign-in provider and our authentication service. We do not ask you to put a password into your journey.

Your journey can include your chosen country, city and purpose, intake answers, study or work information, organisations and contacts, claims, documents or evidence you describe, costs, travel and accommodation details, checklists and completed stages. A guest journey draft may be kept on your device until you sign in.

Ask Fall Bush records the question you send, language, journey and stage, whether an answer came from an approved stored FAQ or AI, its topic and the source or information identifiers used. We also keep payment-order details such as your user ID, plan, market, amount, currency, provider references and payment status; Stripe handles card checkout. Please do not put payment-card details in a question or support message.

If you contact us, we receive the details and contents of your message. Technical information needed to deliver the site, authenticate requests and diagnose errors may include device/browser details, IP address, request information and error details. If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 receives anonymous usage and navigation events; it is not loaded otherwise. No advertising tracker is used.

Why we use it and lawful bases

We use account and journey information to provide the account, remember your selections, save progress and deliver the features you request. We use questions and the relevant journey context to return an answer, and payment information to start checkout, verify payment and grant or remove the corresponding access. These activities are generally necessary to provide the service you request or to take steps you request before a purchase (contract).

We may use contact messages to answer enquiries and resolve complaints (contract or legitimate interests in operating support). We use limited security and error information to protect the service and investigate failures (legitimate interests in security and reliability). Records needed to meet applicable legal obligations may be processed on that basis. Any optional tracking introduced later would require an appropriate separate basis and consent where required.

Ask Fall Bush and external providers

Approved common-question answers are retrieved from stored material and official-source references without calling an AI model. When no suitable stored answer is found, the app may send your question, selected country, journey type and stage, together with relevant verified information, official-source and arrival records, to the Lovable AI service to generate an answer. The interaction is logged. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive details in questions.

The AI answer is not guaranteed to be accurate. The official source is separate from both your own submitted information and the generated answer; check it directly. Other AI-assisted explanation or report features may process the information needed to provide those features. The Ask interaction log stores the question and source identifiers, not the full answer text.

Our application uses Lovable Cloud for authentication and saved data, Lovable AI for AI features, Stripe when card checkout is opened, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. The site also requests Google Fonts. These providers may receive the information needed for their respective functions. Their own notices describe their processing. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and the processing arrangement. We do not claim that all Fall Bush AI data is stored in the UK.

Storage, sharing and retention

Signed-in journey data is linked to your account, and access to personal journey records is restricted. Administrators may access information needed to manage verified content, support, payment or service operations. We do not disclose your journey to other users as a public profile. Official-source links open third-party websites with their own practices.

Your device stores language preference, an active-journey choice, any guest journey draft, an authentication session and your cookie preference. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention policy. Account information is kept while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this notice. Saved journeys and related information are kept while the account is active, unless deleted earlier through account removal or another applicable process. Ask Fall Bush questions and related journey information are kept while the account or journey is active, subject to legal and operational requirements. Support emails and correspondence are kept for about 2 years after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes. Payment and financial records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and legal obligations, including at least the period HMRC requires of a sole trader and longer if there is an ongoing enquiry or other legal obligation. Audit and security logs are intended to be kept for about 2 years where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accountability and system integrity, and may be kept longer where legally or operationally necessary. Where a longer legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution period applies, it takes precedence.

How deletion currently works. The application does not automatically delete data when these periods end; they describe our policy, and records are reviewed and removed in line with it. When an account is removed from our backend, its saved journeys and account records are removed with it where technically supported. There is currently no self-service account deletion button; to ask for your account or information to be deleted, email privacy@fallbush.com.

Your rights and complaints

Under UK data protection law you may have rights to be informed, access your data, correct it, request erasure or restriction, object to some processing and receive portable data where applicable. Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. Rights can depend on the circumstances and legal obligations.

Send requests to privacy@fallbush.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
